Order Processing & Cancellation
To ensure fast and efficient order processing, orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours of placement.
Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be refused at the doorstep. Any such action may result in additional charges or restrictions as per our policy.

Cancellation Charges
If a customer cancels an order after dispatch, they are required to pay the delivery charges via online transfer. Payment collection at the doorstep will not be available.
Our standard delivery charge is Rs. 250/-.
Failure to pay or cooperate may result in necessary action, including restrictions on future orders. This policy helps us prevent fake or non-serious orders, especially for Cash on Delivery services.

Refusal & Blacklisting Policy
Refusing an order at the time of delivery will result in the customer being temporarily restricted (blacklisted) from placing future orders.
Access will only be restored once any pending delivery charges are cleared.
