Unboxing Requirement
To claim a return or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof that the parcel received belongs to Bin-Asif and is in its original condition.
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund requests will be entertained.

Refund Conditions
In case of an approved refund, only the product amount will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
All refund decisions are subject to review and approval by the Bin-Asif management, based on the nature of the issue.

Claim & Return Timeline
Customers must raise a refund or return claim on the same day of receiving the product.
The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for processing.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been used, tested, or opened.
